black and white fans!

I wish I could put my finger on the specific thing that helped me really work it with this one-- I think it's that the bride stressed that they adored black and white images. So I actually shot black and white for about 50% of the work, and this did contribute to me thinking in terms of lines and shadows and expression. Plus she was just beautiful. And everyone was sweet, easy going, just amazing! I love that, for me, wedding photography just keeps getting better and better-- I feel more and more passionate about my work.

BTW, today I will be awake for at least 22 hours. If you don't know what this might mean, consider I normally am only awake 16 hours in a day. Yes, for a wedding and the ensuing commute. Are cross tops legal, and where can I get some?
